How We Build a Concrete Pad That Lasts
Proper Sub-Base
Compacted gravel under every pad. Without it, soil settles and the pad cracks.
Reinforcement
Wire mesh or rebar based on load. Heavy equipment pads always get reinforcement.
Correct Thickness
4″ minimum for light loads, 6″+ for heavy equipment and hot tubs.
Smooth, Sealed Finish
We trowel or broom-finish based on what’s going on top, then optionally seal for protection.
